Cat Sandler is an illustrator living in the southern United States. Her design aesthetic has been influenced by her Croatian and Jewish heritage, with a love for art nouveau and Slavic folk art all mashed together with tacky 1970s fantasy art (think blue pointy hat wizards and doofy looking dragons).

Playing copious amounts of Dungeons and Dragons has inspired a love of telling stories with others and designing characters. It began with a very long and very odd Curse of Strahd campaign with a beautiful hag mother, a mushroom girl sister, and a plethora of goofs and gaffs.

Working as a teen librarian gives her the inspiration to create art and teach others how to find a love of drawing and what inspires them.

She’s probably playing DnD right now or reading one of the comic books that’s become a problematically high stack to her husband.
